Are you registered in SAM.gov?

Yes. JW Creative Company, LLC is an active registered vendor in SAM.gov with a CAGE code and UEI on file. We can provide our full registration details upon request.

Can you work within our existing procurement process?

Yes. We’re experienced working through formal solicitation processes including RFPs, RFQs, and sole-source justifications. We can also work as a subcontractor under a prime if your agency requires it.

Do you provide WCAG and Section 508 compliance documentation?

Yes. We provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) based on the VPAT framework with all deliverables, documenting conformance level for each success criterion.

What is your approach to data privacy for institutional projects?

We design with privacy requirements built into the architecture — FERPA for education platforms, HIPAA considerations for health-adjacent tools, and general data minimization principles across all institutional work.

Can you work with our internal IT team or existing CMS?

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with internal IT departments and can design and build within your existing technology stack — WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, or custom environments.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We routinely execute NDAs and can work under your agency’s standard confidentiality agreement or our own. Several portfolio pieces are under NDA and available for review under agreement.
