Elevating a red-carpet gala with a Gatsby-inspired identity and a smarter content system.

Project Overview

FACTS Fest is a film and arts nonprofit that hosts an annual red-carpet gala. For its second year, the team needed a full brand and marketing strategy to elevate the event and reduce no-shows that hurt attendance the year prior.

The Challenge

FACTS Fest faced two challenges: implementing the “Great Gatsby” theme into a cohesive gala identity, and reducing the nearly 50% no-show rate from the first gala. They also needed a content system that could scale across multiple weeks and platforms while highlighting sponsors and press.

The Solution

We created the full brand identity for the gala, including a new logo, step-and-repeat, bar menus, programs, and all print + digital assets. Alongside this, we developed a marketing and content strategy with reusable pillars and templates. Our RSVP automation system streamlined confirmations and reduced friction for guests.

The Outcome

The second annual gala launched with a cohesive Gatsby-inspired identity and strong digital presence. The no-show rate dropped from nearly 50% to just 3%, while email click-through rates averaged 30%. The content system supported 2–3 posts per day for six weeks, elevating both the FACTS brand and the gala’s sponsors.
