An AI health tech startup preparing for its biggest moment.

Anervea is building AI-driven tools for the healthcare industry — a space where credibility is everything and first impressions carry real weight. They were preparing to showcase their platform at a major industry conference and needed a digital presence that matched the sophistication of what they were building.

Their existing site was outdated, misaligned with their current product suite, and not built to convert the investors and partners they were about to stand in front of.

 
Challenge

Outdated site. Renamed products. Immovable deadline.

Several of Anervea’s products had been renamed and redesigned since their original site launched. The visual language no longer reflected where the company was headed — and there was no time to start from scratch. The conference date was fixed, the investor conversations were already scheduled, and the site needed to be live, polished, and accurate before any of it happened.

The constraint wasn’t creative — it was logistical. Scope, sequencing, and execution speed mattered as much as the design itself.

We redesigned the site from the ground up — new visual language, updated product pages with accurate naming, and user journeys structured for two distinct audiences: investors evaluating the platform and potential partners assessing fit.

We managed the full project timeline, handled the content strategy alongside the design, and kept the process tight enough to hit the conference deadline without compromising the quality of the output. Every decision was made with one question in mind: does this build confidence in Anervea?
