Anervea is building AI-driven tools for the healthcare industry — a space where credibility is everything and first impressions carry real weight. They were preparing to showcase their platform at a major industry conference and needed a digital presence that matched the sophistication of what they were building.
Their existing site was outdated, misaligned with their current product suite, and not built to convert the investors and partners they were about to stand in front of.
Several of Anervea’s products had been renamed and redesigned since their original site launched. The visual language no longer reflected where the company was headed — and there was no time to start from scratch. The conference date was fixed, the investor conversations were already scheduled, and the site needed to be live, polished, and accurate before any of it happened.
The constraint wasn’t creative — it was logistical. Scope, sequencing, and execution speed mattered as much as the design itself.
We redesigned the site from the ground up — new visual language, updated product pages with accurate naming, and user journeys structured for two distinct audiences: investors evaluating the platform and potential partners assessing fit.

The site launched on schedule. The Anervea team walked into the conference with a platform they were proud to share — and the numbers backed it up. Post-launch web traffic increased by nearly 300%, and form submissions rose by 70%.
Those aren’t vanity metrics. For a health tech startup in active fundraising and partnership conversations, a 70% increase in form submissions means more warm conversations, more qualified leads, and a stronger pipeline coming out of the event than going in.
